This policy describes how the WakeDrive mobile app ("WakeDrive," "the app") collects and uses information. WakeDrive is operated by PGL Trans LLC dba Wake Tech ("Wake Tech," "we," "us"), a freight and logistics technology company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. WakeDrive is provided to commercial truck drivers by the motor carrier that employs or contracts with them.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & identity: your name, mobile phone number, email, employee/driver number, and driver type. WakeDrive accounts are created by your carrier; you sign in with your phone number and a one-time SMS code.
• Precise location: while you are on an active load and have granted permission, WakeDrive collects your device's GPS location — including in the background — to provide real-time shipment tracking, turn-by-turn navigation, and accurate ETAs to your carrier and the shipment's customer. Location is collected only while you have an active, accepted load and tracking is running; you can pause tracking in the app and revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings.
• Camera & photos: when you photograph documents (bills of lading, proof of delivery, receipts) or compliance documents (CDL, medical card, etc.), those images are uploaded and stored so your carrier can process the load.
• Documents you upload: load documents, expense receipts, and driver compliance documents.
• Device & push tokens: a push notification token so we can send you dispatch and load notifications.
• Usage & messages: in-app messages between you and your dispatcher, and basic operational records (check-ins, status updates, tracking pauses).

2. How We Use Information

• Provide real-time location tracking, navigation, and ETAs for loads you have accepted.
• Deliver load assignments, documents, pay information, and dispatch messages.
• Store and transmit the documents and receipts you capture.
• Send push and SMS notifications related to your work.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your location for advertising. We do not share raw location data except with your carrier and the customer for the specific shipment you are carrying.

3. Location Data — Your Control

WakeDrive requests "Always" location access so tracking continues while the app is in the background during a load (the same way consumer navigation apps work). You control this:

• Tracking only runs while you have an accepted, active load.
• You can pause tracking from within the app (e.g., off-duty, breaks).
• You can change or revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

4. Sharing

Information is shared with the carrier that provides you WakeDrive, the customers for the specific loads you carry (location/ETA only), and service providers that help operate the app (e.g., SMS delivery, mapping/routing, cloud storage, push delivery). We may disclose information when required by law.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your WakeDrive account at any time from inside the app: open Profile and tap Delete Account. This revokes your WakeDrive access, signs you out of all devices, and removes personal app data such as your uploaded profile photo and your saved session. Because your driver record is created and managed by your carrier, employment, payroll, and regulatory compliance records held by the carrier are retained as required by law and by your carrier's own policies; contact your carrier regarding those records. 6. Data Security & Retention

We use encrypted transmission, secure cloud storage with signed, time-limited access to documents, and access controls. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service and to meet legal and carrier obligations.

7. Children

WakeDrive is a tool for licensed commercial drivers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
